SIMONSWERK door hinges and TECTUS concealed systems

TECTUS: fully concealed door hinges

TECTUS hinges remain completely hidden when the door is closed, preserving the continuous appearance of the door leaf and frame. Three-dimensional adjustment helps align the door, while maintenance-free bearings support everyday operation. Load capacity, dimensions, opening angle and compatibility depend on the model and application.

Choosing a SIMONSWERK hinge

Check the door weight, height, width and thickness, frame material, and the number and position of hinges. Then select the finish and confirm its article code. Fire doors and special applications require verification against the documentation for the complete door assembly.

Finishes, prices and project support

Compare standard TECTUS hinges, A8 versions for cladding, FVZ models for recessed frames, Energy versions for power transfer, FR versions with intumescent protection and TEG hinges for glass doors. Each listing identifies the model, available finishes, SAP codes, dimensions and reference capacity.

The catalogue also includes compatible fixing plates, steel frame and door leaf receivers, mounting brackets, replacement covers, gaskets, cables and Energy adapters. Match accessories to the exact hinge and door construction. Screen colours are indicative; confirm availability and lead times before ordering.
