01 / Biography

Luca Barengo

After studying industrial design at IAAD in Turin, Luca Barengo established his studio in Biella in 2018. His work starts with materials and the people who shape them. For Salice Paolo he designed Krone, presented in 2025 within the Timeless range, bringing a furniture designer’s sensitivity to the detail of a handle.

Our perspective

From furniture to the handle

Krone, Duetto and Duna reveal Barengo’s work at different scales. Our editorial reading focuses on where surfaces, volumes and gestures meet. When choosing a Krone handle, compare the insert material with the door and the room’s other metals. Pair that visual decision with checks on the technical drawing, escutcheon type and required quantity.
