Complete door system — separate purchases

This is a compatibility checklist, not a single kit at a combined price. Order one Wave handle kit plus the parts needed for the selected configuration; each item has its own code, price and separate purchase.

Passage version = no key locking; no cylinder is required. A moving swinging-door handle still needs a compatible latch mechanism; a fixed sliding-door pull must be distinguished from a leaf extraction device.

The swinging-door system uses Polaris Wave; do not substitute a generic Polaris 2XT by name. Sliding locking versions use Scivola Tre Class in the matching privacy or cylinder configuration.

Machining and installation: dedicated Wave preparation

Standard lever-handle drilling is insufficient: Wave needs recessed seats on both door faces, a coordinated lock mortice and frame preparation. Check existing holes and door construction before conversion; this is not a universal replacement.

1. Identify swinging/sliding door, passage/privacy/cylinder function, thickness, rebate, backset and lock position.
2. Give the installer the AGB drawing for the exact combination. Privacy and cylinder versions may place the handle differently; outside plate dimensions are not a routing template.
3. Machine the recesses, mortice and striker seats from that drawing; choose the supplied sleeves and screws from the AGB door-thickness table.
4. Fit the lock and correctly oriented handles, then the covers. Secure the cylinder only after fitting the handle and cover.
5. Align and adjust the striker; test operation with the door open, then closed. For sliding doors also check leaf extraction and the pull-out lever.

The sleeve and screw lengths in the manual refer to kit hardware: check the supplied contents before ordering extras. A qualified installer must use the drawing matching the ordered variant.
