FIMA Slide F5811Z/5 — wall-mounted washbasin trim

Three-hole external trim with two separate controls and a wall-mounted spout. FIMA identifies F3700 as the required concealed body, purchased separately. The external trim alone is not a complete tap ready to connect to the pipework.

External trim dimensions

• The technical drawing labels the spout 250 mm and specifies an overall projection of 277 mm and 257 mm to the outlet centre. FIMA’s web description states 260 mm: use the dimensioned drawing for the exact product code when positioning the basin.
• Rosettes Ø70 mm; controls Ø48 mm.
• Centres: 100 mm from the spout to each control, 200 mm between controls.
• Control projection shown in the drawing: 69–84 mm.
• Waste when selected: G1¼ inch, Ø65 mm cap, clamping range 5–67 mm. The without-waste version does not include it.

Manufacturer-declared maximum flow: 5 litres/minute at 3 bar. Rotary opening and closing. The flow-rate figure does not state the maximum operating pressure.

Required body and installation

One compatible F3700 body is required for one assembly. Install and secure the body before closing the wall; fit the external trim during the finishing stage. Check part-code revisions, installation depth, the finished-wall plane and basin position using FIMA’s drawing and instructions. Follow the specified centres and test the installation before closing the wall covering.

Customising both controls

The standard handles follow the selected finish. The F1420 alternatives below are sold separately as individual handles: customising both controls requires two compatible handles. The F3700 body and optional handles are not included in the external trim price.
