G½ wall-mounted shower arm — FIMA Slide F5813

FIMA Slide F5813 — wall-mounted shower arm

A slim arm from the Slide collection carries the shower outlet from the wall to the connection point for a separate showerhead. The selected variant determines the finish, photograph, full product code and price.

Dimensions and connections

• Overall projection dimensioned in the technical drawing: 477 mm.
• Dimension to the showerhead connection axis: 457 mm.
• Blade width: 40 mm; thickness: 6 mm.
• Wall rosette Ø70 mm; stated thickness 7 mm.
• Wall connection and terminal showerhead connection: G½ inch.

The manufacturer’s web page describes a 460 mm arm, while the drawing title states L = 450. For preparation and clearances, use the actual 477/457 mm dimensions in the attached F5813 drawing and check the revision of the product ordered.

Selecting a showerhead and installation

The price is for the F5813 arm. Select the showerhead and mixing/control system separately. Before pairing, check the G½ thread type, joint geometry, clearances, orientation and the showerhead’s support requirements. Thread size alone does not confirm every other compatibility requirement. FIMA does not list a mandatory showerhead or concealed-body code on this product page.

Prepare a securely fixed wall connection and check the installation height and spray position relative to the shower tray. Follow the drawing for the exact product code when checking clearances, and have a qualified installer fit and leak-test the assembly. F5813 is the arm for a separate showerhead; F5812 is the different Slide product with three integrated rain outlets.
