FIMA Slide F5814/3 — deck-mounted mixer control

A washbasin mixer control installed on the deck and paired with a separate spout suitable for the project. FIMA specifies two supply hoses. The photograph shows the control with its standard handle; the variant price is for F5814/3 in the selected finish.

Dimensions and preparation

• Control height above the deck: 102 mm.
• External body diameter: 48 mm.
• Mounting hole: minimum Ø35.5 mm, maximum Ø40 mm.
• Maximum deck thickness: 60 mm.
• The drawing shows a 491 mm below-deck dimension to the lowest connection end: check space inside the cabinet for hoses and connections.

Selection and installation

Before drilling, compare the hole, deck thickness and fixing clearances with the basin and cabinet. Decide the spout position and have the installer verify the hydraulic connections for the complete assembly. The mixer control alone does not complete the water outlet: choose the spout separately. The manufacturer page does not identify a mandatory spout or concealed-body code for F5814/3, so no undocumented pairing is assigned automatically.

Have a qualified installer connect and leak-test the assembly. Use the drawing and exploded diagram for the exact product code to identify components. Dimensions and flow rates from other Slide mixers should not be applied to this control.

Standard handle and personalisation

The control is offered with the standard handle in the selected finish. To personalise it, purchase one compatible F1420 handle separately: black Portoro marble (MN), Calacatta gold marble (MB), green Guatemala marble (MV), red Lepanto marble (MR), walnut wood (LS), or ivory-effect (R1), tortoiseshell-effect (R2) or horn-effect (R3) resin. Each accessory page has its own price for one piece; this single control requires one optional handle. All eight alternatives and their photographs are listed below.

Finishes and care

Six finishes: stainless steel, brushed black chrome, brushed gold, brushed bronze, Moka bronze and brushed champagne. Selecting a finish changes the photograph, code and price.
